practice of the mind. Although meditation is not a common practice,
physicians, yogis and scientists have clearly concluded that meditation
with yoga can play an important role in medical and mental healing and
with reducing hypertension and mental stresses Sitting still and stopping the mind from thinking takes lots of persistence and training. Most of us spend our days invaded by different thoughts. The mind is active and we use it in all the interpretation, communication, inspection and talking. The mind hardly ever reposes or gets any relaxation. The main purpose of mediation is to give the mind rest and relaxation
